2nd week…

Its barely a week, and my body is breaking down pretty badly… .. I’m quite mad that I didn’t get to do cardio tonight, because I can’t afford to. Boyfriend told me to rest, and its advisable to. Since I’m having sore throat and flu.. *sigh

Anyway.. What I did last week…

Monday: Cardio

Tuesday: Strength training ( Followed by WH guides)

Wednesday: Cardio

Thurday: Gym session with boyfriend

Friday: Off

Saturday: Off

Sunday

I was suppose to run today, but I fall sick.. I kind of miss running though. I guess my body is still in a “shocking” mode, since I never really workout my muscles this much before.

Only two gyms sessions and I’m down… I can’t wait to recover and get back on track..
