I’ve been busy that I didn’t have the time to update or maybe thats just an excuse. Didn’t get a proper 2nd week last week due to me getting sick. I only recovered a week after. But I did my leg workouts on the thursday and back to chest/biceps/triceps and back on that very sunday. Never get to do cardio at all last week…
This week so far I did my cardio which was amazing.. I realise that I ran faster than the week before which mean I’m getting stronger and I need a longer route. Today was doing leg workouts and I didn’t get to do deadlifts due to my poor form. So I had to skip it.
