I’ve always neglected the other side of the gym. As I always thought carrying weight is only for men. As bimbo as I am, I thought carrying one of those makes me look bulky.. I went to john stone forums and and learn a few things, so I decided to go to the gym with boyfriend. It was worst than I thought, I seriously don’t know anything about weights, boyfriend helped me, and my body is aching all over now which is good… I need to do alot more research about this… I know nuts about this subject..
