The start of the new beginning…
Hi all.. This is my new fitness blog.. I’m 22 this year living in sunny Singapore. I decided to start this blog because I want to change my life, my health and my body. I was born skinny from young, but as years past I pretty much gain weight.
I got a pear shaped body, so mostly most of my weight goes to my bum or tummy. I used to be a little plump at the age of 17. I battled through anorexia at the age of 19 which was bad for me for the fact that I pretty much grew so weak for my own good.
So now I decided to gain muscles and lose that fat that stuck on me. I do cardio on Mondays,Wednesdays, and Strength Training on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I watch my diet and eat more protein for my muscles.
My goal is to get toned by 2011.
